Tania’s experience of employment law and human resources and her Swedish and international background together with Richard’s experience of international corporate finance and M&S work has led to the firm being able to 1. continue to advise clients as a law firm and also being able to 2. step into clients as in-house counsel when required and 3. project manage deals by procuring deal teams and ensuring there is limited duplication and work is carried out when it is needed for the client.

On the people side, TandonHildebrand can work with human resources or act as human resources consultants to plan, advise on and implement employee projects both nationally and internationally through an incredible network of advisers.

Corporate & Employment Law

With our extensive experience of advising national and international businesses on corporate and employment law related matters, we can be your legal advisers relating to all employment and corporate law matters or your interface with professional service providers globally or in other areas of expertise including immigration, tax, IP and property. Our corporate work includes buying or selling a business/company, fundraisings and shareholder/joint venture agreements.

Human resources consultants

We advise on all employee relations matters and advise on, plan and implement people related projects including training programs, policies and procedures, workplace investigations, and reorganisations.

Deal management

We assist clients by project managing corporate acquisitions and disposals in an outsourced “in-house counsel” role. Due to our extensive experience of deals in the UK, we are able to procure and negotiate the best professional advisers in terms of fit, experience and fees, sit between the busy management team and all external advisers to limit duplication, distil what the management team needs to address from the documentation provides and “translate” the advice into advice that management teams can use.

Interim HR/in-house counsel

We often second members of our team on part time projects for clients in HR or legal roles to assist with stand-alone projects, fill a temporary gap or to assist clients in understanding their needs and recruiting to the roles as required.
